Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Add the olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, ras el hanout, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mince the garlic into the bowl and stir well to combine.Step 3
Dice the cauliflower into florets and slice the tops and bottoms from the radishes. Arrange across an oven tray.Step 4
