Keto Homemade Goat Milk Yogurt

This fantastic Keto yogurt takes only 5 minutes to prepare and is a fabulous breakfast or snack option. It is already perfect, but you can add some sugar-free flavorings or combine it with low-carb berries, nuts, and seeds. We prepared this recipe with goat sour cream, but if you're not a big fan of its unique flavor, you can use your regular sour cream instead. Adding probiotics to this recipe is an excellent way to add some beneficial bacteria that you usually find in yogurt. It will also thicken the yogurt if you allow some time for bacteria to grow. Serve the yogurt immediately for a quick meal or store it for later. Enjoy!

Serving suggestions

As mentioned above, this yogurt pairs perfectly with some low-carb berries, nuts, and seeds of your choice. You can also add a few drops of vanilla, spice blends, or some sweetener of choice. This yogurt will also pair perfectly with a slice of your favorite Keto bread and some cheese or fresh veggies. It is an excellent addition to your grilled meat recipes as well as various stews and salads.

What type of probiotics to use?

We used probiotic capsules for this yogurt. Simply empty your capsules into the yogurt and mix until fully combined. Allowing some time for the bacteria to grow will thicken the yogurt and make this unique recipe even healthier.
