    Add the almonds and cashews to a high-speed blender or a food processor. Blend well until a crumbly texture remains. This should take about 30 seconds.

    Add the almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, powdered sweetener, and chia seeds. Continue to blend until completely combined. Regularly scrape down the sides.

    Delicious I love the textures. I reduced the powdered sugar to 1/4 cup still found it a little to sweet for my liking & added some hemp & flax seeds but I love this recipe! Thank you for sharing❤️

      I had added ground flax seed it adds a nice texture as well adds up dietry fibre

        I replaced the cashews with pecans and used 1/4 cup of Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener. These are delicious and satisfy my desire for something sweet.

          I enjoy seeing vegan recipes here. I find being vegan there is not many recipes available anywhere. Its all meat meat meat. This is nice and leaves open for various possibilities.
