Bring a small pot of water to a simmer. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Slide the eggs from the bowl into the pot with simmering water. Cook for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Lift the egg out with a slotted spoon and drain. Set aside.Step 2
Add the sour cream and Greek yogurt to a bowl. Peel and mince the garlic. Add the garlic to a bowl and mix to combine.Step 3
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and red pepper flakes. Melt the butter, stirring constantly.Step 4

i need practice cooking the egg like this but the recipe was delicious, especially with a few pieces of bacon, it needs the salt in my opinion. very good!!
