    Peel and dice the avocados and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the red onion and jalapeno, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, and dice the red bell peppers. Mince the garlic, and transfer all these ingredients to the bowl.

    Toss to combine. Add the shrimp to the bowl. If you’re using large shrimp pieces, then cut each one in half.

    Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and toss to combine. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl. Taste the salad, and adjust seasoning if needed.
