Keto Italian Beef Sandwich Cups

8 ratings

For a little taste of the Midwest in snack form, you must try these Italian-inspired roast beef sandwich cups. Each cup is lined with deli style roast beef and filled with hot, melted mozzarella cheese, crunchy sauerkraut, and spicy giardiniera. It’s all the flavor without the traditional mess of a bun dipped in gravy!

Can you use muffin holders instead of putting them directly into the pan

This makes 6 and a serving is 3/4 cups. Is that 3/4 of one sandwich cup?
