Can you make this recipe without a hand mixer?
Yes, you can make these dessert cups without a hand mixer. While a hand mixer can make the process quicker and easier, you can still achieve a smooth and creamy texture using a whisk. To ensure the cream cheese filling is smooth, make sure you use room-temperature cream cheese. Use a whisk to mix the cream cheese until it's smooth and creamy, then add the vanilla extract, sweetener, and heavy cream and continue whisking until you reach slightly stiff peaks. This method may take a bit more time and effort, but the result will be equally delicious.
How to store these Keto desserts?
If you have any leftover cheesecake cups, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. These berry cups can also be stored for longer by freezing them. Note that freezing might alter the texture of the fresh berries. To freeze, place the dessert cups in an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 months. Before serving, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight and add fresh berries for added freshness.
Are there any variations to this recipe?
Yes. To customize this recipe, replace the strawberries and blueberries with other types of Low-carb berries, such as raspberries and blackberries, or a mix of different berries. To add some richness, add a layer of Keto-friendly chocolate ganache or caramel sauce to the bottom of the cups. Additionally, feel free to experiment with flavoring the cream cheese filling with lemon zest. For an added crunch, sprinkle the top with some crushed nuts, seeds, or low-carb granola.

This was very tasty instead of allulose, I used a monk sugar blend that I ground up into a powder and it worked very well. I found it to be just the right sweetness for my taste buds.
