Can I substitute the Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative?

Absolutely! If you prefer a dairy-free option, you can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt, almond yogurt, or any other dairy-free alternative of your choice. Adjust the seasoning to taste to maintain the creamy texture and flavor.

Can I skip the refrigeration step before serving?

While refrigerating the zucchini with the Greek yogurt mixture enhances the flavors and allows the sauce to adhere better to the zucchini, you can serve it immediately if you prefer. However, note that the flavors may not meld as well without refrigeration.

How can I make this dish gluten-free in addition to being keto-friendly?

To ensure the recipe remains both gluten-free and keto-friendly, use a gluten-free almond flour for coating the zucchini. Additionally, double-check the labels of all ingredients to ensure they are gluten-free.

What other herbs can I use besides parsley to garnish the dish?

Feel free to get creative with your garnishes! In addition to parsley, you can use fresh basil, dill, cilantro, or chives for added flavor and visual appeal. Experiment with different herbs to suit your taste preferences.

I think I will try this in the future, but do it quite differently I think. First off I would use pork planko instead of almond flour for my breading. The creamy mixture sounds really good and I would make it and chill it but I would not want my zucchini cold therefore would eat it hot and use the sauce as a dip. Definitely going to try though.
