Preheat the oven to 210C/415F. Slice the onion and mushrooms into medium-thick slices.Place onions and mushrooms on the pan, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper, and toss to coat evenly.Step 2
Gently place each hamburger steak on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.Step 3
Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the patties are brown around the edges. Remove from oven and top each patty with ¼ teaspoon butter.Step 4
