Sweet & Mild Piquante Pepper
20 x 1 pepper
Ground Beef
4-½ ounce
Tomato Puree
1 tablespoon
Coriander Leaf, Dried
1 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned all over.Step 2
Add the tomato purée, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for a minute more until cooked through.Step 3
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 4
Divide the cooked beef evenly between the centers of the peppers.Step 5
Transfer to a shallow oven tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until hot through and the peppers are soft and slightly charred.
