So good! 😋 my egg mixture kind of escaped the ham a little but still cooked well in 18 minutes! Since the serving is only 2, I am wondering what is the best way to reheat these little quiches?☺️🤔

I substituted chopped bacon, and just mixed everything together and spooned into muffin tray, cooked approx 30mins, for a delicious lunch on the go.

Follow this recipe to a "T". After 20 mins in the oven they were still watery. Took almost 40 mins to cook through solid.
