Keto Full English Tray Bake

11 ratings

Although a typical English breakfast is accompanied by a slice of toast (or two), there’s no need to not enjoy the other flavors it has to offer.

This one pan breakfast is perfect for a lazy weekend with maximum flavor and minimal washing up!

Tasty and easy recipe would never have cooked bacon (best use thick cut back) out of the frying pan before this, after the sausages have had their 15 minutes I increase the heat and return with bacon and tomatoes to top shelf to get some colour into the bacon, keep a careful eye when you pop the eggs in at the higher temp they don’t take long to set if you like a runny yolk 😀

I wish I could upload my picture. It looks amazing! It tastes amazing. I wrapped the bacon around sausage and baked sausage and bacon together. I did have to bake it a lot longer. I baked the sausage and bacon for 45 minutes. I also had to bake the eggs a little longer to. But this will now be our favorite brunches. It makes a generous portion.

I cooked the sausage and bacon together and longer than the directions called for. It does look better than the picture. I wish I could post my picture.

I’ve never seen an English breakfast traybake in my life, and I’m English, living in England. Bacon needs to be crispy, sausages need to be sizzled. That looks wet and soggy.
