  • Step 1

    Slice the broccoli into 2 ‘steaks’, each about a half inch thick. Add the broccoli to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until just tender. Remove from the pan and pat dry.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Divide the passata sauce evenly between the two broccoli steaks and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Crumble over the goats cheese and scatter with the dried oregano.

    Roughly tear the prosciutto and arrange over the top.

    Thinly slice the onion and scatter over the top of the prosciutto. Drizzle with the olive oil.

    Transfer the pizza topped broccoli to the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is crisp and hot through. Scatter with pine nuts to serve.

    This recipe is so tasty and so easy! I haven’t made it for anyone but myself but I love broccoli and the crunchiness of this “crust“ with the cheese tomato and prosciutto over it is to die for. I love this. And when I share it with friends I think they will too.
