Can you meal prep this Keto chicken soup?
Absolutely. Since this Keto diet soup is simple to make and requires just a few ingredients to put together, we recommend making a slightly bigger batch to enjoy on your fasting and non-fasting days. For the non-fasting days, this soup can be paired with low-carb flatbreads, and dinner rolls or enjoyed before the main meal. To store, allow the soup to cool before transferring it to an airtight container. Store it in the fridge for 3-5 days. Reheat the soup in the microwave for 30 seconds or on the stovetop until warm.
What are 5:2 diet recipes?

They include protein and vegetables with minimal carbs in order to satiate the individual yet still stay within their daily caloric limits. 5:2 diets are usually simple to make and require minimal ingredients and time to put together.
Can you customize this Keto 5:2 diet chicken soup?

This is so easy and so good. Filling also. The cauliflower has no flavor. Its more like the texture of rice.
