Keto Strawberry and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

15 ratings

This frozen yogurt bark uses unsweetened cocoa powder to create a rich chocolate flavor along with unsweetened chocolate chips. The bark is finished with sweet sliced strawberries before being set. Perfect for snacking or dessert!

Although the recipe uses erythritol, you can omit this completely if you prefer or use your own preferred low carb sweetener.

Added more sweetener however, I can see where som would like the bitter chocolate taste! I also added a little vanilla extract! It was really delicious!

I replaced the yogurt for kefir and strawberries for blackberries. I tasted as I went so I didn’t end up with a strong chocolate taste. I felt I had to put more swerve that it was recommended. I really liked. Maybe next time I’ll do a variation without the cocoa powder.

Yeah, I didn’t have good experience with this recipe either. The sweetener amount isn’t enough.

This was absolutely horrible. From the consistency to the initial plain yogurt flavor to the cocao aftertaste, this was an overall no for me and my boyfriend. I ended up throwing the entire pan in the trash.
