The Ultimate Keto Air Fryer Chicken Tacos

If you like Mexican food, this recipe is definitely worth trying! It uses baked cheddar, which can easily be transformed into fantastic taco shells for your next taco night. This is a simple and very popular method of making crispy low-carb taco shells and probably one of the best air fryer recipes. They taste fantastic, and we guarantee you won't miss your regular corn taco shells. These taco shells are also very easy to mold, so you can use any leftover ingredients and make fantastic low-carb taco bites in your muffin tray.

Is taco seasoning Keto-friendly?

The store-bought taco seasoning usually has way more carbs than you want. That's why we recommend using a homemade, low-carb taco seasoning.

Can I make these taco shells in the oven?

Yes, you can prepare these taco shells in the oven. You would have to bake the cheese for about 3-5 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Using a larger baking tray will save you some cooking time.
