Low-Carb Snacking Board
If you're looking to elevate your snacking game while sticking to your Keto or Low-carb diet, this versatile Keto/Low-Carb snacking board offers a delicious mix of fresh, flavorful options. Featuring a creamy avocado crema and a sweet vanilla yogurt dip, along with a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, this board is perfect for satisfying your cravings in a healthy, Low-carb way.
Are there any substitutions to this recipe?
Absolutely! This Keto/Low-Carb snacking board is highly adaptable to your preferences. For the avocado crema, if you prefer a different citrus flavor, you can substitute lemon juice with lime juice or even a splash of orange juice for a hint of sweetness. If you're sensitive to garlic, you can omit it or use garlic powder instead. For the vanilla yogurt dip, if you're looking to cut out dairy, you can use a dairy-free cream cheese alternative and a coconut-based whipped topping. To replace the instant Keto vanilla pudding, consider using a small amount of vanilla extract and a Low-carb sweetener to taste. Feel free to swap out the seasonal fruits with other Low-carb fruits like berries or melons if you prefer.
Can this recipe be made ahead of time?
Yes, this Keto/Low-Carb snacking board can be prepared in advance. Both dips, avocado crema and vanilla yogurt dip, can be made up to 2 days ahead of time. Simply store them in airtight containers in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve. This makes it convenient for meal prep or for hosting gatherings without last-minute fuss.
How to store leftovers from this recipe?
To store leftovers, keep the avocado crema and vanilla yogurt dip in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator. They should stay fresh for 3-5 days. For the fresh fruits and vegetables, store them in a crisper drawer or sealed containers to maintain their freshness. If you notice any of the vegetables or fruits becoming less crisp, you can revive them by placing them in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes before serving.
