I don’t know why mines didn’t look like this. I made for lunch and ate the next day. The heavy cream and cheese just turned to grease so I had grease and hamburger. It did have a nice flavor. What did I do wrong? Looked nothing like the pic!

What do you use to dip into it that is keto friendly?

Since this queso is so low carb, you could dip keto veggies into it (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms). Other options are any of Carb Manager's cheese crisp recipes, or baked fathead dough.

Delish and super easy! I like extra spicy, so I also threw in some habaneros when browning the beef. I put it this on top of some roasted cauliflower but will try those bacon chips as well. Thanks for the recipe!

Before serving, toss some fresh steamed broccoli. It's absolutely delicious😋

Why does Salsa ruin your diet? It sucks. I find my self crying cause I want to make fresh salsa but every time I put in the Ingridients the net carbs go sky high. Why?
