Keto Sesame Broccoli

Keto Sesame Broccoli is a beautiful Keto Asian recipe that is made using only a few ingredients. Fresh broccoli florets are quickly blanched in boiling water then salted and drizzled with sesame oil. The side is an excellent accompaniment to many Asian dishes, thanks to the simple flavors that shine through. A side dish like this would be great for any Keto Vegan as well.

I noticed the short cooking time on the broccoli. Can I cook it longer?

Yes, if you like vegetables with a softer texture, you can cook the broccoli longer. Be aware that the broccoli will continue to cook after being blanched.

What kind of broccoli should I use?

Please use organic, pre-cut broccoli florets! Pre-cut florets save time. However, you can always fabricate your own broccoli to save money.
