Breakfast Butter Melted by Country Buffet
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Salt, Sea Salt

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Clean the mushrooms and arrange in an even layer in an oven proof dish.Step 3
Finely chop the rosemary, pick the thyme leaves and crush the garlic. Add to a small mixing bowl along with the melted butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.Step 4
Drizzle the herb butter evenly over the mushrooms and transfer to the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until tender and golden.
