Lamb Chops

Garlic
2 clove
Ras El Hanout
1 x 1 teaspoon
Spices Coriander Seed Or Ground
1 tsp
Cumin, Ground
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon, Ground
½ teaspoon
White Onion
½ small
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Slice the onion and peel the garlic. Add both to the base of a slow cooker.Step 2
Sit the lamb chops on top of the vegetables and sprinkle over the dried spices, herbs and seasoning. Use your hands to rub the seasoning all over the meat.Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours until the meat is cooked through and tender. Serve immediately.

Excellent. Doubled the ras el hanout, which we made at home. The house smelled so good when we came back to eat. Very tasty indeed!😋
