Keto Goat Cheese Sirloin Meatballs

5 ratings

Not only are these meatballs crisp brown on the outside with tender meat insides, but they’re stuffed with large chunks of tangy goat cheese! If you enjoy these fresh out the oven, the goat cheese is gooey and creamy. You can let the meatballs cool so the goat cheese is slightly more firm in texture.

It’s an ok dish but mostly dry, the cheese is what makes not not so dry

The flavor was good but they were way overcooked! Even my husband had to spit one out. I bet they would be great if only cooked for like 20 or so minutes
