Keto Sweet and Spicy Mushrooms
These sautéed mushrooms are cooked until tender with aromatic scallions and garlic then coated in a sweet and spicy sauce of dried chill, sweet lakanto syrup and salty tamari.
These make a great side to Asian inspired meals or stirred through some hot cauliflower rice for a vegan lunch.
