    Add the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Beat using a hand mixer until creamy. Add the powdered sweetener and beat again until smooth.

    Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper. Portion the peanut butter mixture out with a medium cookie scoop and roll into balls. Place them on the cookie sheet and chill in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.

    I made these but am not impressed. The mixture was very crumbley after I added the sweetener - I think the recipe called for too much of it. I added more peanut butter to compensate. The results were underwhelming. They were almost grainy with how much sweetener was used. I wish I would have skipped the sweetener all together. They were also very tedious to make.

        There is an error in the nutritient values. It says there is 14 gr. of total carb and 1 gr. of fiber. But the net carb is 2 gr. 14-1=13 not 2. Please check.

          Allulose does crazy things to net carbs.

          You also need to subtract the sugar alcohols, then it would be correct. The carbs could vary, however, depending on the type of nut butter used.
