I used sugar free maple syrup. Was ok but very doughy. I think I have made better with coconut flour. Be interesting to use sugar free chocolate and see how that goes. Ok but wouldn’t make again

I've made this twice. Once with stevia which was not very good, but then yesterday got swerve (per recipe) at Walmart along with some keto dark chocolate chips and bam this is a WINNER!! It satisfied my chocolate craving and was soooo delicious.

I like it but way too sweet... Next time I will half the sugar replacement.

Love this treat! I used tiger nut flour, added some sliced almonds. A little whipping cream was the perfect final touch!

Baked in the oven at 325 °F for 25 minutes. Perfect and delicious!

Taste is ok but hated the crumby texture. I also added sf chocolate chips Because it wasn’t chocolatey enough for me.

Quick and easy. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Made as directed, then added a touch of sugar free whipped cream. Yum!

Can I leave out the egg and maybe use a little more oil or water? I don’t eat eggs.

I would substitute several ingredients for organic and I don’t eat microwave food so has anyone made this in an oven?

Science is not a viewpoint, it's based on proof

As a Medical Scientist, I would be grateful for research evidence showing proof that microwaves directly affect nutritional quality of food, or for that matter, physical abnormalities relating to their use. Please quote all related references. I currently am aware that temperature of cooking heat, length of storage, and methods of storage can all affect nutritional levels.

Yes. Usually nut flours are 325 instead of 350. Check time often. You don’t want to dry it out. Pinterest has many almond flour baked recipes. Grease your pan good so it won’t stick

You just keep eating microwaved food. No thanks for us!!

SO! *Has* anyone tried making this in an oven? Toaster oven? Our microwave died and we're trying to learn to live without one.

I love when housewives think they know anything about how technology works is hilarious. Only thing to be worried about with microwaves is putting in certain plastic containers that can leach into the food. Microwaves do not kill nutrients in organic food material. Just keep reading the internet instead of a book .. lmao

Actually, I have learned through Covid that you can’t trust what you read. The fact checking is meaningless and I think we are going to find out that microwaves not only destroys food but also give off more radiation then we should be exposed to.

Please don’t invalidate someone’s viewpoint because it is different than yours. There are many reasons we may not use microwaves

Do more research. Microwaves do not kill nutrients. That was a false myth that went around the internet some time ago. You also might want to try judging other people less.

I agree, the problem I have with MANY Diets these days, and that ppl want to GO HEALTHY, But then use a Microwave....lol...it kind of defeats the purpose of eating healthy to KILL Everything that is good for you by Zapping It in a Microwave. Just Saying :-)

So good! My go-to when I 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 chocolate 😊 Even better with chopped pecans & squirt of whip cream. (my little cheat)

Very good but extremely sweet! I would decrease the amount of sweetener

A bit of extra creamy cool whip on top and this has quickly become my favorite treat. Love the convenience of it!

Can I use coconut flour instead of almond?!?
Vicky 4 years ago
I used about half the sweetener and used sugar free chocolate chips on top. Oh and coconut oil as I don’t have any avocado oil. It sure satisfied my sweet tooth and was filling! Great combination! Thank you for sharing!

This was so yummy. First time cooking with Swerve and it tasted great. I had a tiny scoop of ice cream with it and it was divine! I did use a bit less sugar than was called for about 1.5 Tbsp and it was plenty sweet.
