One of my favs. We use all kinds of cheese for this. When I use sharp cheddar I sprinkle taco seasoning on it before baking. I usually sprinkle a few grains of course salt on the other kinds before baking. Sometimes we cut each quarter into quarters to get cheese-it size. This also works in the microwave. 30-45 seconds, depending on how moist the cheese is.

I made this tonight, I also used some cheddar slices so I could see which one I like better I actually like both. You have to make sure and use parchment paper, and let them cool completely before trying and they do become crispy!

Mine stuck to the paper and I had to throw the whole thing away. Not sure what I did wrong. I did use wax paper instead of parchment but I thought it was basically the same.

You can't use wax paper and have it go in the oven, no wonder they stock. You really need parchment paper it's not anywhere near the same thing.

A cyclone mat works so much better. I learned the hard way.

Yes you must use parchment paper as wax paper doesn’t have the same nonstick coating!

Our favorite go to snack with guacamole. We use all types of cheese slices. Shared with non Keto friends and they can’t believe how good these are! Slice in triangles for nachos. Delish!

What other cheeses could I substitute? Would any cheese work?

Easy and yummy! I had to cook it for an additional 10 minutes to get the crunchiness I wanted. But I cooked mine in a ninja foodie on the bake cycle so it may vary from oven to oven.

Mine took about 1/2 as long as it says on the recipe and didn’t require turning. But so good! Way better than whisps!

Lower your temperature by 25 degrees & bake for the time shown on the recipe.

I made these to go with soup on a cold day. Tastes great. Reminds me of my favorite non-keto friendly cheese crackers I used to eat.
