Have you tried any other weight loss plans (low fat, low calorie, or other) in the past? How did they work out?
Yes, I felt like I was constantly hungry, and had no energy on other diets.
Tell us about your weight loss experience.
I do “dirty Keto”. I keep my net carbs under 20 grams a day but I don’t track ingredients!
How did Carb Manager help you stay on track?
My favorite thing about the app is its search variety! I found the exact iced coffee I drink at Donut Donuts already added to the list so I didn’t have to try to figure it out myself!
Another thing I love is if I’m not sure about a veggie or fruit I just type it in to see how many carbs it is!
Lastly, just not having to constantly think “how many carbs do I have left for today” because it tracks them for you!
