    2 slice (from pre-sliced package) - each 3/4 ounce

  • Roast beef slices

    2 medium slice - 4" x 4" x 3/32" - each 1 ounce

  • Tomato raw (includes cherry, grape, roma)

  • Step 1

    Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Add the olive oil to a small nonstick pan and place it over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes until firm. Take the pan off the heat.

    Wash and cut the 6 large lettuce leaves into equal square shapes. Lay 2 lettuce leaves onto a Cutting board and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add the turkey slices and top with half the fried eggs and cheese.

    Cover with another 2 lettuce leaves and spread another tablespoon of mayonnaise. Cut 2 slices from a medium tomato and place it over the lettuce. Top with the roast beef slices and the remaining egg.

    Cover with the last 2 lettuce leaves. Slice the large sandwich into 4 squares. Poke toothpicks or skewers into the sandwiches for easy handling. Serve immediately.

    Tastes decent but what a sloppy mess. I ended up using a fork and knife to eat it. Also it's not clear that this makes four sandwiches rather than one large sandwich.
