Keto French Fries with Coconut flour

These Keto French fries with coconut flour are the closest you’ll get to potato fries. They are crispy, golden, and savory, with a slight sweetness. They can be prepared in under 30 minutes using only 5 ingredients. Enjoy these fries with your favorite Keto comfort food or on their own with a pinch of salt.

How to serve these French fries?

These fries are delicious as a snack, appetizer, or side dish. Make the most out of them by transforming them into loaded fries. Add cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, diced tomato, jalapeno, and avocado for the ultimate combo.

Can you swap the coconut flour for another Low-Carb flour?

Unfortunately, you can’t. Coconut flour is hard to substitute as it absorbs liquids at a different rate compared to other Keto flours. However, we have this similar Crispy French fries recipe that uses almond flour. You can also try other French fries recipes on the CM app like Keto artichoke fries and French fried onions .

What if you don’t have an air fryer?

Not having an air fryer shouldn’t stop you from having these delicious fries. You can deep fry them in 2 inches of vegetable oil for the richest option, or bake them at 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes.

Can you omit the xanthan gum?

Xanthan gum is essential to the success of these fries. Without it, the dough won’t bind, and you’ll end up with a crumbled mess. This binder also makes these fries puffy and crispy when baked.

I tried this with using pan and grapeseed oil. It is not cruchy or taste like a frech fry. But it look like exactly french fry.

This didn’t work at all…it all stuck to the baking paper and impossible to remove, way too delicate and just broke up
