Best Keto Stuffed Pizza with Salami
Our delicious Keto Stuffed Pizza with Salami is a family favorite! It is wonderfully kid-friendly too. You can adjust the recipe to incorporate various meats and cheeses to suit your family’s taste. We have used a hard salami and shredded mozzarella cheese for this pizza, making it easy to make since it incorporates Low Carb pantry staples. The dough is made from melted mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and coconut flour which envelops the marinara sauce and other filling ingredients.
What other kinds of meat can I use?
You can use cooked ground hamburger seasoned with Italian herbs, prosciutto, other cured meats varieties, or even thin slices of ham. You can amp up the flavor by adding crushed chili flakes or banana peppers to the filling.
Do I have to use a silicone mat to make this?
The silicone mat is imperative to this recipe’s success! It creates the perfect nonstick surface to fold the fathead dough around the filling to shape the calzone.
To make the ultimate pairing, serve this with other Keto recipes like our Keto Tomato and Artichoke Salad for a wonderful pizza and salad combo.
Does this freeze well?
While Keto stuffed pizza can be frozen, it is best to eat this immediately after baking.

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 F (180 C). In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds on high. Stir it. Then microwave it again for 45 seconds until it is completely melted. Stir in the egg whites and coconut flour. Mix well until it is a homogeneous mixture. It should also look and feel like a soft dough.Step 2
Spread the dough onto a silicone-lined baking sheet. Spread the dough into a circular shape about ½” thick. Doing so will serve as the crust for the pizza.Step 3
Spread one-half of the dough with the tomato sauce. Top the tomato sauce with ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and the hard salami. Make sure to leave about ¾” around the edges so the pizza can crimp together.Step 4
Fold the silicone baking mat, so the pizza dough is folded in half over the filling to make a half-moon shape. Fold back the silicone mat. The dough should release easily from the mat. Crimp the edges with a fork or pinch the edges shut with your fingers.Step 5
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the pizza is browned evenly throughout. Allow cooling slightly before cutting into four slices. Serve immediately.
